Welcome

Hello, my name is Vicki Letica (she/her), and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working out of the East Bay Area. My belief is that looking inward and exploring parts of ourselves, especially the ones that we might want to hide or feel shame about, is a worthwhile journey towards wholeness and better relationships with others and ourselves. If you are looking for support with anxiety, depression, grief, transitional stages in life, or are journeying through a difficult time of life, we may be a good fit.

I am a Level 2 Internal Family Systems (IFS) trained therapist as well and provide IFS therapy for clients interested in this modality. I find that IFS fosters internal attachment, corrective experiences, and overall provides a therapeutic experience that is non judgmental. Additionally, I am on my own personal journey learning more about and incorporating Enneagram work into my practice.
